Introduction to Craniosacral Biodynamics with Ram Charan

This 4-day introductory training aims to familiarize participants with the basic theory and practice of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Craniosacral Therapy, or Craniosacral Balancing, is a holistic healing technique which is gaining increasing recognition worldwide as a profoundly effective and valuable healing modality. The main objective of the training is to help participants develop the necessary perceptual skills for sensing the movements and levels of primary respiration a subtle, therapeutic flow which operates in the whole body, constantly bathing the entire organism in health and wellness.

Teachings offered will be a combination of craniosacral theory, anatomical theory, appropriate client/therapist relationship, and an assortment of meditative and experiential exercises designed to enable the students to maintain a state of inner stillness. There will be daily periods of somatic exercise, meditations, lectures, question and answer periods, and a daily session exchange.

This training is appropriate for all bodyworkers, therapists, healing professionals, as well as those with no previous background who are interested in exploring and expanding their knowledge and experience of health and well-being through the craniosacral model.

Note: This is not a certification course, however participants will be able to use the skills taught to deeply supplement their healing abilities.

About the teacher:
Ram Charan brings over 20 years of experience in healing and meditation to his practice and teaching of healing work. He completed his Craniosacral Therapy training at Osho Multiversity in Pune, India in 2003-2004, and is a certified Craniosacral Therapist with the International Institute of Craniosacral Balancing (www.craniosacralbalancing.com). He has attended several advanced trainings in Craniosacral Biodynamics in India and with Franklyn Sills at the Karuna Institute in Devon, England.
